Job Summary:
To complement our team, Jubilee Health Insurance is looking for a vibrant and results-orientated relationship manager. The qualified applicant will be in charge of keeping great client retention rates and preserving close connections with intermediaries and clients. This position calls for someone who can enrich the whole client experience, support natural company development, and offer strategic analysis to raise the quality of services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Retention & Business Growth
- Create close client ties to guarantee a minimum 90% retention of current business.
Within the current portfolio, find and apply techniques for natural expansion.
As the main client contact, take care of issues and guarantee ongoing satisfaction.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Through many touchpoints, keep regular and meaningful contacts with clients.
Engage clients and middlemen early on to evaluate their requirements and offer customised solutions.
Guaranteeing flawless service delivery and issue response will help to improve client experience.
3. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- To let clients know how the scheme is doing, prepare and send timely monthly and quarterly reports.
Regarding policy changes and performance analysis, guarantee honest, straightforward, and efficient communication.
4. Service & Documentation Oversight
- Track service delivery and guarantee accurate, timely document issuing from inside teams.
Closely coordinate underwriting, claims, and operations teams to improve service delivery.
5. Issue Resolution & CRM Management
- Enter into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system all client questions and service problems.
Make sure that assigned problems are resolved on schedule using accepted turnaround times (TATs).
Track and follow up on consumer complaints to ensure a good closing.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Candidates aiming for this post should satisfy the following criteria:
schooling:
a bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline, including marketing, commerce, insurance, economics, or statistics.
Professional Credentials:
An extra benefit will be professional insurance certification—that is, a certificate, diploma, or advanced diploma in insurance.
Technical Expertise:
Mastery of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Microsoft Office Suite.
