4. Creating and designing instruments to collect integrated data from monitoring and evaluation on a national level.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

•Acquired a Master's degree from an accredited university in a relevant discipline, such as business administration with a concentration in finance, marketing, statistics, economics, project management, planning and investment, or any combination of these fields.
