Job Summary

Responsibilities include both proactive and reactive customer service, product sales, and branch-based operations. In this position, you'll be responsible for reaching weekly sales quotas based on an appropriate product mix and maintaining a minimal level of service quality. Although the position's primary location is at the designated branch, the successful candidate will also be expected to provide support to other local branches as needed.

Although the function is mostly concerned with following established protocols and following pre-programmed systems, there may be occasions when the holder of the role must deal with unexpected scenarios and escalate to a higher level as necessary.

Main accountabilities and approximate time split

95% Sales & service: ·

  • Implementing various banking products and services, including current accounts, savings accounts, packaged loans, card goods, and more.
    Carry out customer service activities and meet the needs of in-person clients according to established guidelines 1. Introduction Products like as checking, savings, bundled loans, credit cards, and more have been developed.
    The goal of cultivating relationships with current clients is to find sales opportunities, anticipate their requirements, and provide proactive solutions.
    Directly offer complementary products to customers in person based on their demands
    Ensure the branch is operating effectively, efficiently, and compliantly by completing administrative tasks and following up on documentation.
    Instruct clients on how to fill out various bank forms, paperwork, etc.
    Link clients with suitable product/segment experts · Execute in-bound and out-bound marketing strategies, campaigns, promotions, etc.
    Attend to customer concerns lodged in the Banking Hall
    Evaluate the overall look and feel of the banking hall in terms of merchandising, displays, cleanliness, and organisation. Strive to meet sales and service goals. Keep track of data and track the progress of reporting on targets. Make sure that new customers are properly onboarded and that existing relationships are strengthened.
    Performing a predetermined financial goal for a domestic company.
