JOB TITLE: Operator—Arusha

Safely and effectively loading, unloading, and stacking products is the primary goal of this position, along with supporting production, keeping our inventory and materials up to date, and adhering to our governance controls and customer service requirements.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Efficient transportation fleet management

 Before each shift begins, use the forklift inspection checklist to perform pre-trip checks.
Keep the forklift in top operating condition by operating, cleaning, and maintaining it.
Check the fluid and fuel levels to make sure they are acceptable for operation.
Compliance with regulations pertaining to health, safety, and the environment:

Worked in accordance with all applicable safety regulations, including those pertaining to the Department of Labor's stacking exemptions, site cleanliness requirements, and the use of PPE as specified.
 Compliance with all applicable GOPs and standard operating procedures Efficient management of stock quality:

 Warehouse stock rotation principles upheld through the application of first-in, first-out (FEFO) inventory management
 Performs quality control checks on incoming and outgoing packages at the warehouse floor and before loading
 Streamlined inventory management and procedures that adhere to our principles on governance
 Take part in the shift-specific handoff procedure both before and after each shift
 Handheld gadget accurately counts inventory daily
 Produce reports outlining variances and address inconsistencies
 Keep all parties involved (inventory, warehouse, etc.) informed and engaged through constant and productive dialogue.
Vehicle inspection, loading, and unloading were performed accurately. Use the Load Summary to load the right amount of complete and split pallets.
 Correctly documenting returns before loading
 Efficient stock movement on FG and precise line empties and withdrawals
To guarantee correct stock/inventory reconciliations, bin sign-off is necessary.
 Quick and easy loading and unloading of trucks and assembly lines:

Keep the lines of communication open and the team members and the logistics coordinator informed at all times.
 Completed all paperwork precisely and thoroughly
 Keep production running smoothly (if relevant)
Place raw materials and empty containers into assembly lines in a way that maximizes efficiency.
 Ensure maximum line productivity by removing and stacking completed products from the line and placing them in the bin.
 Fluent in the policies, procedures, processes, and information pertinent to the company

 Needed Minimums:

 High school diploma or its equivalent
 Skills: Computer literacy, experience operating a double handler, and a valid forklift driver's license
 Counting Stocks   Knowledge of digital devices is beneficial
