JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager

Tanzania's DCB Commercial Bank Plc operates as a full-service commercial and retail bank. Individuals, Microfinance Institutions, MSME, and large corporations are all potential customers for the bank's banking services. DCB Bank has a vast branch network of over 9 branches, over 700 DCB Wakala Agents, and over 280 Umoja switch ATMs serving over 3 million people across the country.

We are currently seeking qualified candidate to fill the role of Marketing Manager. Developing and ensuring compliance with customer service policies and guidelines, as well as providing exceptional service to new, existing, and returning (dormant) customers, will be the responsibilities of the successful candidate.

Work Duties:

A strategy for achieving customer service excellence is being developed and is being managed by you.
Working with stakeholders to identify problems, review procedures, and improve efficiency and quality of service provision.
Keeping in close contact with clients and going above and beyond to fulfil their service expectations.
The bank's website, frequently asked questions, print ads, public relations pieces, and other communication channels could use some improvement.
Taking immediate action in response to new consumer needs and improving our services accordingly.
Frequently assessing the level of service provided.
Ensuring periodic analysis of customer complaints and the results are pushed back into the planning process.
Developing and generating monthly, quarterly and annual performance.
Surveying clients to find out how satisfied they are.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
5 years of relevant experience in a financial institution.
Superb interpersonal, presentational, negotiating, and oral communication abilities.
