• Job Purpose:
  • Conduct school visits and pitch the Airtel Money School Pay system to schools.
  • Acquire, onboard, and train schools on the Airtel Money School Pay system.
  • Implement strategies to ensure utilisation, usage, and adoption of the Airtel Money School Pay system by parents.
• Position: Sales Agent – Dar es Salaam
• General Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with short-term targets and objectives.
  • Relationship management skills/networking skills with prospective and existing clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategy, product demonstration, and sales reporting.
