The position is for a master's degree holder with experience in public health, statistics, mathematics, epidemiology, or evaluation and monitoring.

English proficiency at the level of level IV is necessary, which includes the ability to read, write, and understand medical terminology.You must have a level IV proficiency in Kiswahili, which means you can read, write, and understand basic medical terminology. We can test this.

HIRING PREFERENCE SELECTION PROCESS:
The following groups of applicants will be given priority for hiring, in the order specified below. Applicants must, however, be very careful to include true information about their position on the application. The applicant's eligibility for a hiring preference may be disqualified if this is not done.
HIRING PREFERENCE ORDER:

Any official military document attesting to an applicant's reasonable expectation of an honorable discharge or release from active duty service within 120 days of certification submission is referred to as a "certification" in this context. You should find (1) the dates of your military service, including your planned discharge or release date, and (2) the nature of your service in the certification letter, which should be written on the letterhead of the relevant military branch. To be eligible for the priority, the necessary paperwork must be provided.
All overseas and contract workers in the foreign service who are eligible to return to their original agency or bureau for reemployment are eligible for this degree of preference.
