DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose electrical faults in vehicles and equipment using diagnostic tools, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, including wiring harnesses, alternators, starters, batteries, and lighting systems.
- Replace faulty electrical components such as switches, relays, fuses, and connectors as needed to restore functionality.
- Install electrical accessories and components such as audio systems, alarms, GPS units, and lighting upgrades according to manufacturer specifications and wiring diagrams.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues to identify root causes and develop effective repair solutions.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and standards to prevent electrical hazards and accidents.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Diploma or certification in Auto Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) as an auto electrician, preferably in an automobile workshop environment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, components, and diagnostic procedures.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment, diagnostic software, and schematic diagrams.

Position: Foreman – Heavy Equipment Section

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all types of heavy earth-moving machinery
- They maintain all types of bucket loaders/stackers, cranes, forklifts, crawler dozers, graders, compactors, & other miscellaneous equipment to achieve the optimum level of availability fixed by the management.
- Responsible for the accountability of the spares drawn from stores
- To lead a team of mechanics and assistant mechanics.
- Coordinating with the other sections like auto electrical, tyre section, welding and fabrication and machine shop to get the job done
- Spare parts: Plan and raise the required spares well in advance for smooth running/ shutdown maintenance.
- Maintaining the job allocation, work progress report and materials consumed documents are under his control.
- Training our technicians and giving sufficient technical knowledge to all industrial trainees to improve their performance
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- An advanced Diploma in Mechanical or/Automotive Engineering or their equivalent plus a certificate in essential Supervisory Management
- At least eight (8) years of hands-on job experience as a heavy earth-moving machinery mechanic on the shop floor in an oversized motor vehicle garage
