JOB TITLE: ONLINE DATA ANALYST (1 POST)

PURPOSE: 

You will gather, examine, and evaluate information from diverse web sources to offer insightful analysis and facilitate data-driven decision-making inside the company. You will work with huge datasets to find trends, patterns, and correlations and improve online procedures, tactics, and user experiences.  

Main Responsibilities:

• Tracking and Monitoring Online Performance: Keep an eye on our performance online.
• digital avenues. Analyze Data: Look for patterns, trends, and sentiments in the data acquired from online interactions. 
• Using analytical tools entails tracking engagement metrics, including clicks, likes, shares, comments, and mentions.
• Evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and content strategy.
• Views from the Audience: Examine online audiences' demographics, interests, and habits to learn about their requirements and preferences.
• Optimization of content strategies: Work with markets and content creators to achieve this. 
• Determine which material kinds, subjects, and forms work best to increase interaction and raise awareness of The Citizens.
• Keep Up with the Trends: Keep up with the most recent developments in digital marketing and online engagement, including trends, technology, and best practices.  

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Academic: Bachelor's degree in statistics, Data Science, or Economics.
• Experience: 2-3 years of working experience.

JOB TITLE: CREATIVE VISUAL ARTIST (1 POST)

The goal is to create and develop visual material using various artistic techniques that successfully convey concepts, messages, and stories.  

Main Responsibilities:

•  Create original thoughts and make a pitch for visual projects.
• Coordinate with photographers, writers, and editors to organize and produce web material.
• During filming, guide reporters to realize the intended creative vision. Oversee and edit post-production procedures to guarantee the highest-caliber final goods.
• Keep abreast of technological advancements and market trends to improve creative production.  

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

Academic: 

A bachelor's degree from an accredited university in digital journalism, visual arts, design, mass communication, film or media production, or its equivalent.

• Experience: two to three years of steadily more responsible job experience producing content, ideally in a media or agency setting.  

Other Qualifications & Experiences:

Extras: It would be beneficial to create simple visualizations with HTML+CSS or object-oriented languages like Java, Python, and Ruby utilizing scripters like Perl or Bash.
