Main duties and responsibilities

There has been an increase in income, customer base, and business volumes.
The quality of team leadership plays a crucial role in creating a suitable work environment and ensuring employee happiness.
We have enough staff and personal knowledge to carry out team projects with success.
Minimising exposures and effects of KYC, AML, and portfolio maintenance-related concerns
The efficiency of CRM team structure and the use of established systems (policies, processes, tools) are crucial for achieving optimal efficiency, compliance, resource use, and cost control.

Daily duties:

I am engaged in prospecting and obtaining fresh clients.
Target response times to credit requests and other service-related requests are in line with established quality criteria, therefore monitoring and guaranteeing high quality/consistent service delivery.
We are naturally expanding our current team portfolio to achieve our stated goals.
We achieve this through proactive business development with prospects, an efficient call program for both current and potential customers, and a thorough investigation and review of various options to build the corporate balance sheet.
Maintaining the highest standards for credit quality helps find non-performing loans (NPLs) and come up with a good exit plan. This is done by keeping an eye on the current portfolio's performance and making sure that the team does a thorough evaluation to reduce the bank's exposure.
I am looking for chances to increase auxiliary income.
We are looking for "cross-selling" prospects for other goods and services that utilise KCB's products, targeting both current and potential clients.
Professional leadership and direction help to maintain strong team morale and motivation; team-building activities help to develop teamwork to guarantee the maximum degree of cooperation and output.
I am networking and building effective market intelligence for team use.
Monitoring the team's credit facilities ensures that credit renewals, extensions, and cancellations happen quickly.
In areas of competence, especially with regard to customer satisfaction and adherence to bank policies and procedures, liaise and lead corporate relationship managers and corporate bankers.
Work closely with the credit team, branch managers, and director of corporate banking to make sure the credit requests for new and existing facilities are appropriately ready in line with KCB and/or group regulations.

Ensure that the anti-money laundering and KYC criteria receive adequate attention and care.
