Advertising OF EMPLOYMENT Visas

The Commissioner General of Immigration with the authority I have under Regulation No. 11(1) of the Regulations

Immigration Operations 2018, I am announcing New Jobs for Immigration Officers for

Tanzanian youth with the following characteristics:

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE APPLICANT

i. Be a citizen of Tanzania;

ii. He/she is unemployed or has never been employed by any Government Institution;

iii. Have a Birth Certificate;

iv. Have a National Identity Card or Identity Number issued by the National Identity Authority (NIDA);

May he have good physical and mental health.

He has never used drugs;

vii. He should not have any Records or Information of being involved in criminal or criminal matters or events;

viii. He should not have any marks or drawings (Tattoos) in his body;

ix. Whether he is single, married or has a child;

x. Applicants with Fourth Form Education should be between 18 and 22 years old; Sixth Form Education and Diploma Applicants should be between 18 and 25 years old; and Applicants with Bachelor/Higher Diploma Education should be between 18 and 30 years old.

Be prepared to work for the Immigration Department anywhere in Tanzania.

xii. Be ready to pay for yourself in all stages of monitoring and conducting the employment exercise.

Applications to be given priority:

Applications that will be given priority are for applicants with bachelor's/higher diplomas, diplomas, and diplomas from universities recognised by the government with the following fields: - Expert in International Languages, Administration, Law, Relations, IT, Registry, Special Secretarial, Accounting, Board-registered Purchasing and Supply, Statistics, Economics, Electrical, Auto Mechanics, AC Mechanics, Cyber ​​Security, Brass Band, and Typist (Printer).

How to Apply:

All job applications will be submitted through the website of the Immigration Department, which is https://www.immigration.go.tz, from November 29, 2024, and the deadline for applications is December 13, 2024.

When making an Application, the Applicant must attach (upload) to the Employment system the following documents in PDF format (each document not exceeding 300 KB);

i. A recent photo (passport size) in the form of jpg/png not exceeding 300 KB for attaching to the system (upload);

ii. Handwritten employment application letter;

iii. Letter of Identification from the Local/Village Government or Shehia; for those in the JKT/JKU Camps to have letters of Identification from the Head of the Camp;

iv. Birth Certificate;

v. Have a National Identity Card (NIDA) or NIDA Number to register in the system;

v. He should have the Index numbers of the certificates of passing Form Four and Form Six, which he will fill in the employment system;

vii. Other certificates of graduation in various fields at the level of Diploma, Diploma, and Degree/Higher Diploma (as he has and should have been verified in the relevant colleges);

viii. Professional registration certificates for fields that require Board registration;

ix. Applicant's Curriculum Vitae (CV).

CAUTION

(i)All applications will be received in the procedure specified in Article No. 3 above and not otherwise.

(ii) Any applicant who is found to have submitted forged documents will be taken legal action, including being brought to Court;

(iii) Avoid fraudsters who ask for money or bribes of any kind to help get jobs.
