This position is responsible for achieving branch targets on all parameters, providing first-class customer service, and managing the branch in all areas of the Bank's business to enhance profitable operations.

• We will implement proactive market plans and business development programs to optimize the generation of deposits and loans in the identified niche market.
• The branch's operations and support activities require management, which involves guiding, supporting, motivating, and supervising staff to guarantee effectiveness and efficiency across all aspects of branch operations.
• We ensure the execution of the flawless operations and service promise by providing the necessary coordination and support.
• Ensure that checks and controls are performed on a regular basis to minimize operational lapses that may compromise the bank’s business.
• There are predictable timewasters in both the process and the system.
• We market the bank's products and services by enhancing the existing/new customer base and expanding the bank's business growth.
• Maintain excellent customer relations and ensure that customer needs are met within the bank's strategic objectives.
• I am complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including audit compliance.
• The branch is assessing its manpower requirements through well-structured operations and manning levels.
• Ensure the timely submission of required reports to the head office.

THE CANDIDATE

• University graduate, preferably in banking/business/management.
• Professional qualifications, such as accreditation from the Institute of Bankers, would be desirable.
• At least five years of supervisory experience at the branch management level are required.
• Strong service ethic.
• Excellent commercial orientation and business acumen.
• You possess in-depth knowledge and comprehension of broader bank issues and policies.
• I am enthusiastic and have a high level of accountability and integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills
