Job Summary:

Handling incoming calls, providing accurate information, guiding calls to the relevant departments, and guaranteeing a good customer experience will fall to the call operator officer. Excellent communication abilities, a professional attitude, and fast-paced workplace multitasking ability are prerequisites for this position.

Responsibilities:

Respond professionally and fast to incoming calls.
List and evaluate consumers' demands to reach satisfaction.
Share correct facts on goods, services, and business policies.
Call directly the relevant departments or staff members.
Record and keep correct customer information and phone logs.
Empathetically and quickly address consumer questions and complaints.
Use policies, guidelines, and communication protocols.
Always project a professional and upbeat attitude.
As needed, help with other administrative chores.
Use and keep call centre technology current.
Requirements:
English and Swahili fluency; excellent customer service and communication abilities
Capacity to properly manage and fix consumer problems
mastery of computer usage and data entry
Excellent capacity for fixing problems.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Capacity for effectiveness under duress
superb written and verbal abilities.
Excellent problem-solving ability and listening.
Capacity to stay under pressure cool and professional.
