Job Vacancy: Pre-seller
An enthusiastic and self-driven Pre-seller would be an asset to our team. Among your primary responsibilities as a pre-seller will be to find, generate, and qualify leads; to build rapport with prospective customers; and to offer insightful commentary on industry developments. The successful completion of sales quotas and the seamless transfer of leads are dependent on your tight collaboration with the sales staff. This could be an ideal opportunity for someone who is motivated, has excellent communication skills, and is interested in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: One of your main duties will be to find potential customers and turn them into leads using methods like cold calling, networking, and market research. To help the sales staff close deals, you should target potential clients and start meaningful conversations with them.Relationship Building: Communicating with prospective clients to learn about their wants, problems, and goals is a key part of this role. Building rapport with these leads allows you to collect valuable information that can drive conversions and inform the overall sales plan.
After finding prospective clients, the next step is to determine how likely they are to become paying customers. This process is called lead qualification. Your job is to collect data, sort it into leads, and then pass them on to the sales team so that they can focus on the most promising ones.
You will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling of meetings, product demos, and phone conversations between the sales team and prospective customers. If you want the sales process to go off without a hitch, it's up to you to coordinate everything.
You will work closely with the sales team to make sure that qualifying leads are passed on smoothly so that the sales reps can concentrate on closing transactions. Your work will have an impact on the team's performance as a whole, which is critical if we are to meet the company's sales targets.
You should be well-versed on the company's wares and services, as well as current and future market trends and the items and services offered by competitors. With this information in hand, you'll be able to converse with prospective customers and meet their demands with confidence and expertise.
Lead generating activities must be reported on a regular basis. In order to keep the Area Sales Manager apprised of your endeavours, obstacles, and successes in bringing in new business, you are expected to keep meticulous records of your progress.
As an employee, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning of sales events, product displays, and promotional activities aimed at attracting new customers and raising brand recognition.
