Kadula and Kapata Ltd specializes in distributing, importing, and exporting mining chemicals, industrial chemicals, and school and hospital laboratory reagents, glassware, and equipment.

We’re hiring a Store Keeper to join our team. If you’re organized, experienced, and ready to manage stock, staff, and promotional campaigns, this could be the role for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Process inventory for deliveries.
  • Receive and issue items from the store.
  • Sort, organize, and store inventory properly.
  • Package and label items accurately.
  • Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
  • Arrange goods neatly and ensure all required documents (certificates, Material Safety Data Sheets, etc.) are included with received items.
  • Transfer inventory from trucks or shipping to the correct storage location.
  • Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following safety procedures.
  • Remove safety hazards and debris from aisles.
  • Communicate with the manager about shortages, availability, and product quality.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Management.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in warehouse or store management.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
