Job Purpose
Lead a team of agents and technicians to manage the full customer cycle: acquisition, collection, maintenance, and recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Business Management
- Create and roll out plans to hit regional acquisition goals.
- Organize activities to achieve targets and ensure quality service.
- Oversee timely and quality system installations.
- Train your team on policies, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Lead team meetings and keep everyone motivated and on track.
Stock Management
- Provide inventory updates and conduct regular stock audits.
- Ensure all stock (new, repossessed, returns) is accounted for and report losses.
- Follow asset and safety guidelines.
Managing Technicians
- Coordinate installation and maintenance work.
- Support recruitment and prepare monthly reports.
- Address faulty installations and align payroll issues.
- Handle repossession efficiently and recruit new contractors when needed.
Portfolio Monitoring
- Track data and address issues affecting performance.
- Assess potential customers to minimize risks.
- Visit the field to handle late payments, rescheduling, or recovery.
- Keep your supervisor updated with reports and recommendations.
Subordinates’ Effectiveness
- Oversee daily operations of agents.
- Manage complex shop issues and train new hires.
- Review agent performance regularly.
Other Duties
- Ensure safety standards are met and take on tasks as assigned.

Skills & Experience Needed
- 2+ years in sales or operations management (experience in a medium company preferred).
- Experience in customer relationship and credit management.
- Leadership skills with a passion for training and coaching.
Qualifications
- Degree or experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Microfinance.
- Strong communication skills, planning abilities, and a willingness to travel.
- Fluent in Swahili and English.
Technology
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and smartphone apps.
