Job Purpose

Lead and manage a team of agents, technicians, and contractors. Oversee the full customer cycle: acquisition, collection, recovery, maintenance, and fulfillment.


Responsibilities

Business Management

  • Set and execute acquisition strategies to meet regional targets.
  • Organize field activities to drive revenue and customer quality.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality system installations.
  • Train and support agents and technicians on company policies and processes.
  • Hold regular team meetings to review performance.
  • Mentor and motivate your team for top performance.
  • Provide sales training on pitching, negotiation, and customer relationship management.

Stock Management & Coordination

  • Send inventory reports to the logistics team.
  • Conduct physical stock audits and manage shop inventory.
  • Be accountable for all stock, including new, returned, and demo items.
  • Follow safety and asset management policies.

Managing Technicians

  • Oversee installation and maintenance teams.
  • Support technician recruitment and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Coordinate repossession activities and manage contractor needs.

Portfolio Monitoring

  • Analyze portfolio performance and take action to reduce risk.
  • Conduct field visits for loan recovery and understand customer issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and report critical cases.
  • Provide updates on fieldwork and manage any complex scenarios.

Subordinates’ Effectiveness

  • Supervise daily work of acquisition and collection agents.
  • Handle complex shop issues, like theft or safety concerns.
  • Train new agents and review their performance regularly.

General

  • Follow health and safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Experience

  • 2+ years in sales and operations, ideally with management experience.
  • Knowledge in customer relationship and credit management.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication in Swahili and English.
  • Willingness to travel across Tanzania.

Tech Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and smartphone use.
