Job Overview:
Looking for a stable job with great growth potential? Kilombero Sugar Company is hiring a Mill Attendant! You'll help operate and maintain the mill, supervise staff, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
What You'll Do:
- Keep the Mills Running: Make sure all mills operate smoothly and efficiently.
- Assist with Maintenance: Help maintain the mill tandem and extraction pumps, ensuring they meet performance standards.
- Follow Safety Rules: Uphold safety, health, environmental, and quality policies.
- Support Off-Season Work: Participate in maintenance and overhaul tasks during off-crop periods.
- Supervise Teams: Oversee Mill Cleaners and cane house machinery operations.
What You Need to Qualify:
- A Form Four Certificate.
- A VETA Fitter Mechanics Certificate Level 1.
- At least 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry (a bonus if you have it!).
- Good mental and physical health.
- Strong teamwork, creativity, and innovation skills.
Employment Terms:
