Position: Laboratory Scientist
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Support: Help with the supply, setup, and maintenance of lab equipment and diagnostic tools.
- Client Assistance: Advise clients on choosing the right equipment and provide user training.
- Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of equipment specs, usage, and service history.
- Quality Control: Ensure all lab equipment meets quality and regulatory standards.
- Vendor Collaboration: Work with vendors and clients to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Supplier Partnerships: Find suppliers for medical equipment and negotiate favorable partnerships.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a similar field from an accredited institution.
- Experience: At least two years in lab and medical equipment support or a similar role.
- Skills: Solid understanding of lab techniques, diagnostic tools, equipment handling, and lab safety standards.
- Certification: Must hold valid certification or license as required by local laws.
- Other Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and people skills.
