HR Business Partner (1 Position)
Location: Southern Zone, Southern

Purpose:
Be the go-to expert who aligns the company’s goals with employees and management within specific units. You'll act as an HR consultant to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the zone’s financials, culture, mid-term plans, and competition.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to plan and strategize workforce needs.
  • Guide managers in interpreting and executing HR policies.
  • Spot and manage talent, ensuring effective succession plans.
  • Work closely with other HR functions to offer valuable services that support business goals.
  • Offer daily performance advice to management, including coaching and handling disciplinary issues.
  • Improve workplace relationships, build morale, boost productivity, and promote staff retention.
  • Oversee the performance management process, ensuring high standards and a strong performance culture.
  • Identify training needs with line managers and implement training plans.
  • Suggest and lead HR policy updates based on business needs.
  • Be a change champion, advising management on best practices for organizational change.
  • Ensure HR processes are smooth, effective, and align with the business needs.
  • Provide clear HR policy guidance and ensure everyone follows it.
  • Address staff grievances and handle disciplinary actions when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • A Master’s Degree or HR Certification is a plus
  • 4-5 years of HR experience, including HR Business Partnering
  • 2 years in banking or finance preferred
