Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across print, digital, and interactive platforms. This role supports our Production Department, overseeing projects from concept to delivery, and designing everything from eye-catching illustrations to compelling video content. You'll work closely with both our internal teams and external partners, ensuring that every design project stays on track and within budget.

What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Illustration, or a related field.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Portfolio: A collection of your best work (academic or freelance experience is welcome).
- Bonus Skills: Basic motion graphics, animation, and digital photography.
- Passion: A love for books and reading is a huge plus.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Problem-Solving: Self-driven and proactive.
- Social Media: Experience creating engaging content.
- Project Coordination: Ability to manage graphic components for publications.
- Collaboration: Comfort working with teams like Production, Editorial, and Sales.
- Communication: Clear and concise, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Creation: Work on book covers, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital formats.
- Formatting & Layouts: Assist in preparing designs for final publication.
- Adjustments: Make revisions to existing projects as needed.
- Social Media Content: Create engaging visuals for our platforms.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with editors and production staff to ensure projects align with the intended vision.
- Templates & Style Guides: Maintain design standards for consistency.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets our high standards and is delivered on time.
