As a Digital Banking Officer, you'll play a key role in delivering customer support for corporate digital solutions. You'll handle onboarding, provide training, answer queries, and offer on-site and remote assistance to ensure smooth adoption of digital banking services for corporate clients.

Job Description

Client Onboarding on Digital Channels (35%)
  • Assess client needs and guide them through the required documentation and process for onboarding.
  • Ensure timely onboarding by assisting with forms, initiating internal procedures, and providing status updates.
  • Configure systems to meet client requirements based on their mandates and transaction rules.
  • Access onboarding systems to initiate client setup and follow approvals for timely completion.
  • Communicate regularly with customers and internal teams about onboarding progress.
Client After-Sales Support (35%)
  • Identify training needs for customers during onboarding or when new features are introduced.
  • Conduct on-site and remote training sessions to ensure customers and internal teams understand the digital platforms.
  • Respond to queries related to transactions and resolve functionality issues on digital platforms.
  • Support efforts to boost activation and usage of digital banking solutions.

Strategic Goals (10%)

  • Assist the Transactional Services Manager in achieving Pan-African transactional banking goals.
  • Contribute to cash management initiatives and minimize service disruptions for customers.
  • Engage in projects involving new digital platforms to build expertise for customer support.

Risk and Compliance (20%)

  • Maintain governance and controls in line with company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure all processes align with transactional governance standards.
  • Handle customer service tasks while adhering to governance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Digital familiarity and knowledge of transactional services.
  • Higher Diplomas in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies.
  • Skills in business improvement, operational administration, and product/service knowledge.
  • Open to change and quality-oriented.
