Job Type: Full-Time Business Analyst

We're on the hunt for a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll help us make data-driven decisions that keep our business thriving in a competitive market.

Your Role:
As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role by gathering and analyzing data, spotting trends, and making recommendations that guide our business strategy. You'll work closely with senior management to ensure we're staying ahead in a fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and Improve:

    • Assess and evaluate business processes, identify needs, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement solutions to optimize our operations.

  2. Process Review and Optimization:

    • Lead regular reviews of current processes and develop strategies for better efficiency.

  3. Requirement Gathering:

    • Perform requirements analysis, document findings, and communicate results.
    • Collect valuable insights by meeting with various stakeholders.

  4. Solution Development:

    • Ensure all solutions align with business goals and needs.
    • Prioritize initiatives based on company needs.

  5. Collaborate and Communicate:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clients, technicians, and management.
    • Effectively communicate your findings and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Finance, Accounting, Business Studies, Business Administration, or Management. CPA/ACCA is a bonus.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in business analysis or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, along with a basic understanding of ICT.
  • Leadership: Experience working with senior-level decision-makers.
