Position: Biomedical Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Biomedical Equipment: Oversee the supply, installation, and servicing of biomedical equipment in healthcare and laboratory settings.
- Support and Training: Offer technical support and train clients on using medical devices safely.
- Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to keep equipment safe and functional.
- Procurement Collaboration: Work with procurement teams and suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of biomedical equipment.
- Service Records: Keep detailed records of service history, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
- Supplier Negotiation: Identify and negotiate with suppliers to improve cost-efficiency and equipment quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of two years in biomedical engineering, focusing on medical and laboratory equipment supply and maintenance.
- Skills: Expertise in medical device installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance, along with a solid grasp of industry standards and regulations.
- Certification: Professional certification in biomedical engineering is preferred but not required.
- Other Requirements: Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.
