Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sell auto parts and services to meet what the customer needs.
  • Build great customer relationships by greeting and acknowledging everyone you meet.
  • Record all sales and customer transactions accurately.
  • Make sure customers get the correct auto parts they need.
  • Keep the retail area clean and well-organized for easy browsing.
  • Manage inventory so physical stock matches what’s in the system.
  • Handle routine tasks to keep the store and products clean and inviting.
  • Support your Manager with any additional tasks.
  • Assist with customer complaints and ensure every issue is solved fairly and quickly.
  • Treat customers with honesty and respect, showing commitment to quality service.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Automotive Engineering required
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to listen carefully
  • Able to understand customer needs
  • Solid organizational skills
