What You’ll Do
- Oversee Art Classes: Manage art classes across three campuses, run holiday workshops, visit classes, support the curriculum, and keep the storeroom organized.
- Student Artwork: Manage student artwork, create artist statements using InDesign, and handle all necessary documentation.
- Workshops & Gallery: Organize art workshops during school holidays and maintain the school’s art gallery.
- Visitor Liaison: Coordinate with international visitors and ensure a memorable art experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work with CSY volunteers, assigning tasks to achieve program goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Visual and Fine Arts or a related field.
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook.
- Personality: Energetic, flexible, patient, and friendly.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively; experience in team management is a plus.
