Key Responsibilities
- Process payments (system and manual).
- Maintain accurate records of project transactions.
- Update and manage the assets register.
- Prepare and submit VAT claims to TRA.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Support revenue tracking and procurement tasks.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Fresh graduates with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Commerce, or related fields.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, donor-funded projects, and standard financial practices.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and spoken English communication abilities.
- Adaptable, motivated, and able to handle pressure.
- High integrity, teamwork spirit, and professionalism.
