They operate in Tanzania (Dar es Salaam), Walvis Bay (Namibia), and Ndola (Zambia), connecting customers across major regional corridors.

ZCL is updating its database of Zambia-based transporters for freight forwarding partnerships and is now inviting applications from qualified Tanzanians for the following positions:


1. Workshop Manager (1 Post)

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Certification in equipment maintenance (e.g., forklifts, reach stackers).
  • At least 5 years of experience in workshop management or logistics.

Key Attributes:

  • Hands-on machinery maintenance expertise.
  • Familiarity with health and safety protocols for heavy equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and prioritize machinery maintenance.
  • Oversee repairs and service logs.
  • Train and lead mechanics and technicians.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and budgets.

2. Finance Manager (1 Post)

Qualifications:

  • CPA (T), ACCA, ACA, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience, including 2+ in a managerial role.
  • Master’s degree in Finance/Accounts preferred.

Responsibilities:

3. Corporate Planning Officer (1 Post)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO in strategy planning.

4. Head of Security (1 Post)

Qualifications:

  • Form IV/VI certificate with additional qualifications in Law, Security Management, or Criminal Justice.
  • 3-5 years in security management.

Responsibilities:
