ZCL is updating its database of Zambia-based transporters for freight forwarding partnerships and is now inviting applications from qualified Tanzanians for the following positions:
1. Workshop Manager (1 Post)
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Certification in equipment maintenance (e.g., forklifts, reach stackers).
- At least 5 years of experience in workshop management or logistics.
Key Attributes:
- Hands-on machinery maintenance expertise.
- Familiarity with health and safety protocols for heavy equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and prioritize machinery maintenance.
- Oversee repairs and service logs.
- Train and lead mechanics and technicians.
- Manage spare parts inventory and budgets.
2. Finance Manager (1 Post)
Qualifications:
- CPA (T), ACCA, ACA, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience, including 2+ in a managerial role.
- Master’s degree in Finance/Accounts preferred.
