We also provide extensive maternal and newborn healthcare (MNHC) services, including emergency support and high-risk delivery referrals at our Maternity and Newborn Wing.
Role Overview
The Payroll Administrator is essential to our finance team, managing payroll and ensuring accurate salary distribution, statutory payments, and deductions. You'll handle payroll processing, reports, audits, and compliance with tax and labor laws, collaborating closely with HR and accounting teams.
Your Profile
- Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or similar
- 3-5 years of payroll experience
- Tanzanian registration with NBAA is a plus
- Familiarity with payroll software (ARUTI experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills

2. Head of Procurement

As Head of Procurement, you’ll lead the procurement team, ensuring transparent, standardized, and ethical purchasing practices. You’ll work on improving procurement efficiency, developing KPIs, training staff, and managing budgets for major purchases.
Your Profile
- Degree in Procurement; registered with PSPTB
- 8+ years in procurement, ideally in health/NGO sectors
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and IT skills (SAP experience preferred)
- Fluent in English and Swahili

Your Profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy; registered with the Medical Council of Tanganyika
- Member of the Association of Physiotherapists in Tanzania
- Experience with electrotherapy machines; additional training (like CP or Back pain management) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience with prenatal audits and high-risk pregnancy care
