We’re hiring a Full-Time Spa Therapist for our team. If you're friendly, reliable, and skilled in wellness and massage therapies, we want to hear from you! We're looking for someone who can provide top-quality treatments, communicate well, and deliver excellent customer service to make our guests feel at ease.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a Range of Treatments: Offer massages, facials, body treatments, waxing, and nail services in a safe, relaxing environment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain client files and documentation for smooth service.
- Room Upkeep: Keep treatment areas clean and fully stocked.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to client needs, answer questions, and make recommendations.
- Promote Services & Products: Suggest additional services and products suited to guest preferences.
- Health & Safety: Follow hygiene standards and safety protocols.
- Administration Collaboration: Work with management to handle any operational issues.
- Guest Consultation: Explain therapies, inquire about health conditions, and recommend suitable treatments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience Required: Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist.
- Hands-On Skills: Competent in massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and body therapies.
- Sales Ability: Experience in sales is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong communication with a positive attitude.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge for record-keeping.
