Job Summary
Looking for a Sales Executive who’s excited to sell information technology products and services. You’ll be part of the Business Development Team, helping drive sales and growth.
Responsibilities and Duties
Client Relationship Management:
You’ll build and keep strong relationships with clients, making sure they’re happy and getting what they need. Listen to their concerns and solve any issues that come up.
Product Knowledge:
Get to know the company’s products and services inside and out. Be ready to explain why they’re great to potential clients in a way that makes sense.
Sales Presentations:
Create and give sales presentations that highlight the benefits of the products. Customize these presentations to match what each client is looking for.
Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
Work with clients to put together tailored proposals and negotiate contracts. Make sure both sides get a fair deal, and close the sale.
Pipeline Management:
Keep your sales pipeline full. Add new prospects regularly and move existing opportunities forward.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on the latest in information technology by attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions. Always be ready to learn and improve your skills.
Other Duties:
Do any other tasks as needed to support the team.
Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, along with Marketing & Business Development.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in selling IT products/services and lead generation.
- Experience with CRM tools is a must.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong communication skills to connect with clients and prospects.
- Resourceful and creative in finding ways to make the company’s message stick with potential clients.
- Problem-solver who can find ways to improve processes and work more efficiently.
- Quick learner when it comes to systems and tools.
