A Typical Day as a Reservations Staff
So, what can you expect on a typical day in the reservations department? Your day will likely start with logging into our reservation system, where you’ll manage customer requests and process ticket bookings. You’ll spend a good part of the day on the phone, answering calls from customers who have questions about their flights or need help making a booking.
Sometimes, customers might need assistance with things like changing their reservation, adding extra baggage, or purchasing additional services. Your goal is to make sure they get everything they need and feel confident about their travel plans. You’ll also provide updates on flight schedules and respond to any last-minute changes or cancellations.
