Position Objective

Leading the retail and SMEs Banking sales staff within the region falls under this responsibility. By analysing and applying sales techniques across many sectors and products—including Employee Banking, SME, Premier, and more—you will drive development.

Important responsibilities will be making sure branches are growing profitably, developing new business contacts, and keeping close ties to important clients—government officials, HRs, and financial managers—that will guarantee success.

Important Correspondencies

  • Management of Sales
  • Lead and support a strong sales culture across several branches.
  • With an eye on both personal and business clients, make sure branches reach their sales goals.
  • Visit branches often to support, fix problems, and assist newly formed business ties.
  • Find ways to increase income and make sure branches compile their balance reports.
  • Track sales performance and guarantee activations of registered programs.
  • Regular meetings will help you drive the Workplace Banking agenda and guarantee rising sales productivity.

  • Master’s degree in accounting, banking, economics, business administration, finance, or like disciplines.
  • At least seven years of expertise in allied disciplines.
  • Excellent awareness of bank services, sales, and product lines.
