  • Education: One must have a Bachelor’s degree in either Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Lab Sciences, or an allied medical discipline.
  • Experience: Ideally in the medical sector, you should have minimum two years of experience in a marketing management post.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies—including door-to–door marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media—is very necessary.
  • Excellent project management abilities will help you to manage several initiatives concurrently.
  • Creative thinker with meticulous attention to detail is absolutely vital. We are looking for someone with outside-the-box thinking.
  • Building relationships inside the company and with outside partners depends mostly on excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
