Job Title: Electrical and Instrumentation Coordinator

Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Electrical and Instrumentation Coordinator to lead and optimize activities within our E&F section. This role focuses on ensuring maximum equipment availability through effective maintenance, training, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Management:
    • Develop and periodically review risk assessments (HIRA, PHA, JHA).
    • Ensure compliance with safety requirements during equipment operation (SOPs, SWIs).
    • Maintain high safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Maintenance and Reliability:
    • Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and repair of equipment to optimize plant operations.
    • Plan and prepare maintenance jobs, including documentation and spare parts management.
    • Develop and review maintenance programmes for both new and existing equipment.
    • Conduct instrument calibration and continuous improvement initiatives for processes and systems.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Foster effective communication and collaboration within teams.
    • Contribute to individual and team development through idea generation and implementation.
  • VPO Implementation:
    • Ensure all work adheres to VPO principles and practices.
    • Develop and sustain a clear succession plan for the team, alongside training plans.

Related Jobs

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or electronics.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with 2-3 years in mechanical/electrical maintenance.
  • Planning experience is essential; knowledge of Control & Automation is a plus.
