What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be focused on helping Tigo Business grow its SME accounts while making sure our customers are satisfied. Here’s a quick overview of your key responsibilities:
- Meet Growth Targets: You’ll work to hit the growth rates we’ve set for SME accounts, aligned with our annual business plan.
- Drive Sales: Push SME and SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) sales through our various channels, like direct sales, franchises, and agents.
- Track and Report: Keep track of sales and report on the performance of team leaders and direct sales agents, making sure they’re meeting the targets we’ve set.
- Retention Targets: Make sure we’re meeting our retention goals by renewing contracts for existing corporate clients.
- Customer Satisfaction: Be the go-to person for the SME accounts under your portfolio, ensuring all their needs are met and any issues are handled quickly.
- Tailored Solutions: Work closely with our product team to make sure the solutions we offer meet our customers’ specific needs.
- Credit Management: Support the credit control team to make sure bills are paid on time, and flag any credit risks to management.

- B2B Sales Expertise: You’ve sold products or services in the B2B space and understand the full spectrum of offerings.
- Negotiation Skills: You know how to negotiate in a way that benefits both the company and the client.
- Communication Skills: You’re great at building relationships with customers and teammates.
- Leadership Skills: You can lead a team and inspire others to hit their goals.
