Now, we’re on the lookout for a Customer Support Specialist who’s great at multitasking, attentive to details, and eager to help our customers. You’ll be part of a team assisting users with any technical issues they face while using our services.

What Are We Looking For?

Education: At least 2 years of college
Languages: Excellent English and Swahili skills, both written and spoken
Work Style: Able to work independently
Attitude: A genuine interest in helping people
Availability: Open to working shifts, 24/7
Personality: Great with people and quick to learn
Bonus Points: If you’re into sports and have some knowledge of football betting markets, that’s a big plus! Experience in customer support is also a nice-to-have.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Help betPawa customers have the best possible experience using our products.
  • Be available to support clients via email, chat, and calls.
  • Work flexible hours in rotating shifts as needed.
  • Share customer feedback and ideas to help us improve.
  • Participate in other company projects as you grow with us.
