What You’ll Do as the Housekeeping Manager
You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading and supporting the operations team, working closely with managers and other departments to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Supervising, coaching, and motivating staff, helping them deliver top-notch service and stay fully engaged.
  • Assisting the hotel in achieving high guest satisfaction scores.
  • Keeping communication clear with guests and departments by staying on top of hotel events and activities.
  • Reviewing staffing needs and equipment to ensure the hotel operates efficiently.
  • Creating a positive, energetic environment with high standards of quality service, and ensuring this through effective hiring, training, and support.
  • Handling administrative tasks like payroll, reports, forecasts, and budget management.
  • Performing regular walk-throughs to ensure everything meets health regulations and Hyatt’s corporate standards.

This role is key to the hotel’s operations, offering you valuable experience and a chance to take your career to the next level.

What You Need to Apply
This full-time management role requires flexibility, including working weekends, evenings, holidays, and varied shifts. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Understands and anticipates guest needs in a fast-paced setting.
  • Has excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Is proficient in basic computer skills.
  • Has at least two years of experience in a housekeeping management or leadership role, preferably in hotel operations.
  • Brings a creative, detail-oriented, and organized approach.
  • Has a positive attitude, strong leadership skills, and is great at developing and motivating teams.
  • Is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
