Role Overview

As a Fulfillment Manager at Kyosk Digital, your main job is to manage the warehouse and make sure everything runs smoothly. This includes handling stock, keeping an eye on customer orders, and managing logistics like transportation. You’ll also be responsible for making sure the warehouse operations meet budget targets and service goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Execution:
You’ll help set up and implement the best warehouse practices to improve how everything works. This means creating clear policies and processes, sharing them with your team, and making sure everyone follows them.

Operational Delivery:
You’ll work on solving logistics problems while keeping costs under control and quality high. This includes monitoring delivery times, transport costs, and preparing budgets. You’ll also look for ways to cut costs and make things run more efficiently.

Order Fulfillment:
Making sure customer orders are delivered on time and without any issues is key. You’ll manage stock movements and oversee payment processes, like Mpesa, during deliveries. You’ll also make sure transport needs are scheduled efficiently.

Inventory Management:
You’ll monitor stock levels, making sure there are no shortages or excesses. This includes keeping track of slow-moving stock and recommending what to do with them.

Policy and Compliance Management:
You’ll ensure that all processes in the warehouse follow company policies and regulations, focusing on logistics and inventory management.

Fleet Management:
You’ll oversee the fleet, making sure vehicles are properly maintained, running efficiently, and insured. You’ll also manage accident claims and ensure that costs stay reasonable.

Performance Management:
Setting goals for the warehouse team and tracking progress is key. You’ll create a high-performance culture through regular check-ins and feedback to keep everyone focused on meeting targets.

Health & Safety:
Ensuring the warehouse is a safe environment is critical. You’ll make sure all health and safety guidelines are followed, safety certificates are renewed, and audits are done on time.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of warehouse experience, with at least 2 years in management.
  • Experience in inventory control and supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with warehousing systems and Microsoft Suite.
  • Previous experience in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing is a big plus.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse health and safety requirements.
