Overview:
The Chief Technical and Informations Officer (CTIO) plays a key role in leading and executing STELLARIX’s data center operations and strategy. You’ll make sure STELLARIX stays ahead in technology, remains secure, and operates efficiently. Your mission? Deliver top-notch solutions to customers while driving innovation in infrastructure, cloud services, and overall operations. By aligning technology with business strategy, you’ll help STELLARIX tackle current demands and get ready for future challenges in our fast-paced digital world.
Challenges:
- Craft a tech strategy: Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with STELLARIX’s business goals, focusing on innovation in data center infrastructure, cloud services, and network solutions.
- Optimize data centers: Oversee the design and operation of data center facilities, ensuring they perform well, maintain uptime, and offer reliability.
- Adopt new tech: Implement advanced technologies to boost efficiency and lower costs.
- Lead cloud and colocation services: Drive the development of cloud and colocation offerings to meet changing customer needs, while building strong relationships and providing exceptional services.
- Encourage innovation: Explore new technologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strengthen operations: Improve operational effectiveness by identifying challenges, managing information systems, implementing strong cybersecurity practices, and reducing risks to protect data and ensure business continuity.
- Manage a high-performing team: Lead and develop a team of engineers, technical staff, and security personnel.

Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (typically requiring 10 years of related experience).
- Over 10 years of experience managing all aspects of data center activities, including operations and maintenance, IT infrastructure, and cloud computing in large organizations.
