Location: Dar es Salaam / Dodoma (Willingness to relocate as necessary)

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and create long-lasting relationships.
  • Assist customers via email, phone, online presentations, screen-sharing, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Build trust as an advisor with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of our solutions based on customer needs and objectives.
  • Track key account metrics and forecast for effective management.
  • Stay updated by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks.
  • Enhance our reputation by taking ownership of new requests and exploring ways to add value.
  • Keep current clients satisfied and deliver top-notch client service daily.
  • Monitor and analyze how customers use our products.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard new clients and nurture existing relationships.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams.

Must Have:

  • Proven experience in account management or similar roles.
  • Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in account management.
  • Strong digital skills and understanding of technology.
  • Self-motivated and able to excel in a results-driven environment.
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity and reliability.
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks effectively.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, and Odoo software.
