What’s the Role?

As a Direct Sales Executive, your main job will be to boost the bank’s retail sales by meeting customers, introducing them to Akiba Bank products, and helping them open accounts. You’ll be the face of the bank, selling to both new and existing customers, and ensuring they understand how our services can benefit them.

What Will You Be Doing Day-to-Day?

  • Meeting New Customers: You’ll be finding new customers through referrals, appointments, or going door-to-door in your assigned area.
  • Opening Accounts: Once you’ve found new customers, you’ll help them open bank accounts and collect any fees needed for account setup.
  • Introducing Akiba Mobile: You’ll teach customers how to use our mobile banking platform, making it easier for them to manage their accounts on the go.
  • Following Bank Procedures: When opening accounts, you’ll make sure that everything is in line with the bank’s Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines.
  • Hitting Sales Targets: You’ll have weekly, monthly, or yearly sales targets to meet—and you’ll be working hard to hit them or even exceed them.
  • Generating More Business: Whether it’s upselling current services or cross-selling new ones, you’ll be focused on bringing in more business.
  • Getting Involved in Events: From campaigns to special projects, you’ll have chances to promote Akiba Bank services in different ways.
  • Building Customer Relationships: As you meet customers, your goal is to create lasting relationships, turning one-time sales into repeat business.
  • Marketing Ideas: You’ll be sharing marketing and pricing strategies with the management to help the bank improve its services.
  • Staying Organized: You’ll make sure that all your tools and marketing materials are in good shape and ready to go.
  • Improving Your Skills: Whether it’s sharpening your sales pitch or learning more about our products, you’ll be working on your skills continuously.
  • And Other Duties: As needed, you’ll handle any other tasks assigned by management.

What Skills Do You Need?

  • Sales Experience: You should have some experience with direct sales and understand how to meet sales goals.
