Duties:

  • Procurement: Manage vendor selection, negotiate contracts, and make sure we get materials on time and at a good price.
  • Logistics: Handle logistics like transportation and warehousing. Ensure our products reach customers efficiently.
  • Financial Management: Prepare financial reports, manage budgets, and develop cost-saving strategies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Keep up with laws and regulations.
  • Team Management: Lead and support your team to create a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or something similar.
  • At least 7 years of experience in commercial management.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations in Tanzania.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

2. Human Resource Manager

Overview: The HR Manager takes charge of all HR functions in the organization. You’ll need to think strategically and possess strong leadership skills.

Duties:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that match our business goals.
  • Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Oversee performance evaluations and training programs.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational setting.
  • Solid knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws.
  • Great communication and organizational skills.

3. Logistics In-Charge

Overview: The Logistics In-Charge is responsible for managing logistics activities to ensure materials and products move smoothly through the organization.

Duties:

  • Support procurement by managing purchase orders and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels.
  • Oversee transportation, ensuring timely deliveries and good carrier relationships.
  • Manage warehouse operations and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

4. Warehouse In-Charge

Overview: The Warehouse In-Charge oversees all warehouse operations, ensuring the effective handling and storage of materials and products.

Duties:

  • Manage warehouse staff and daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and optimize space.
  • Ensure safety regulations are followed.
  • Coordinate internal distribution and dispatch of finished goods.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
  • At least 5 years of warehouse management experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
