Kiswahili Language Instructor

Main Responsibilities

  • Create lesson plans, study notes, and work plans for assigned tasks.
  • Develop and share teaching tools and learning materials.
  • Teach students, track their progress, and keep detailed records.
  • Monitor student attendance and ensure they’re present in both classrooms and other activities.
  • Offer professional advice to improve education programs.
  • Take care of the Centre’s equipment and facilities.
  • Handle other tasks as assigned by the Principal.

Qualifications Needed

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a focus on Kiswahili, or a Teaching Degree in Kiswahili.
  • Graduates should have a GPA of 3.0 or higher from recognized colleges.

English Language Instructor

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare lesson plans and study materials for classes.
  • Develop and distribute teaching and learning resources.
  • Teach students, assess their progress, and maintain accurate records.
  • Track student attendance and ensure they attend classes and sessions.
  • Provide expertise and advice on educational program development.
  • Maintain and manage all the Centre’s equipment and resources.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Principal.

Qualifications Needed

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a specialization in English, or a Teaching Degree in English.
  • Must have a GPA of at least 3.0 from a government-approved college.

Geography Instructor

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare lessons, study notes, and work plans.
  • Create and share teaching tools and educational materials.
  • Teach students, track their performance, and keep records.
  • Ensure students are attending all required classes and sessions.
  • Offer expert advice to improve educational programs.
  • Look after the Centre’s tools and resources.
  • Complete any additional tasks assigned by the Principal.

Qualifications Needed

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Education focused on Geography or a related teaching degree.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0 from a recognized institution is required.

History Instructor

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare lesson plans and study materials.
  • Provide teaching aids and educational resources.
  • Teach students, monitor their progress, and maintain records.
  • Ensure regular student attendance in classrooms and other activities.
  • Give professional advice to improve educational strategies.
  • Oversee the Centre’s resources and equipment.
  • Handle tasks assigned by the Principal.

Qualifications Needed

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a concentration in History or a related teaching degree.
  • A GPA of 3.0 or higher from a recognized college is required.

Mathematics Instructor

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare lessons and study materials for assigned tasks.
  • Develop and distribute teaching resources.
  • Teach and assess students, maintaining detailed progress reports.
  • Manage student attendance in both classrooms and other learning environments.
  • Offer expert advice to help develop the curriculum.
  • Look after the Centre’s equipment and supplies.
  • Perform any additional duties given by the Principal.

Qualifications Needed

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a focus on Mathematics or a related teaching degree.
  • Must have a GPA of 3.0 or above from a recognized institution.

Science Instructor (Physics, Chemistry & Biology)

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop lesson plans, study guides, and work schedules.
  • Share educational tools and teaching materials with students.
  • Teach students, evaluate their progress, and maintain records.
  • Monitor student attendance in class and at the Centre.
  • Provide professional advice for the development of science education.
  • Manage the Centre’s tools and equipment.
  • Complete other assigned tasks by the Principal.

Qualifications Needed

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Education focusing on Physics, Chemistry, or Biology.
  • A GPA of at least 3.0 from a recognized college is required.

Early Childhood Education (ECE) Instructor

Main Responsibilities

  • Create lesson plans and educational resources for young learners.
  • Develop teaching tools and share them with students.
  • Teach students, track their progress, and keep records.
  • Ensure students are attending sessions regularly.
  • Provide expert advice on early childhood education methods.
  • Oversee and maintain the Centre’s equipment and materials.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Principal.

Qualifications Needed

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education with a GPA of 3.0 or higher from an accredited institution.

Special Needs Education Instructor

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare lesson plans and study materials tailored for students with special needs.
  • Share teaching tools designed for special needs education.
  • Teach, evaluate, and monitor the progress of special needs students.
  • Track and manage student attendance.
  • Provide expert guidance on special needs education strategies.
  • Oversee the care and use of the Centre’s tools and resources.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Principal.

Qualifications Needed

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Special Needs Education with a GPA of 3.0 or higher from a government-recognized college.

General Requirements for All Applicants
