Job Overview

What You’ll Do
- Assist Customers with Care: Handle inquiries with speed, accuracy, and kindness.
- Turn Complaints Around: Take unhappy customers and turn their experience into a positive one with your empathy and professional approach.
- Log and Track Issues: Keep records of all inquiries and complaints, and work to resolve them with our Contact Center support team.
- Report and Solve Problems: Log every issue in the NMB CURE Tool, collaborate with Customer Experience Business Support, and follow up to keep promises.
- Stay Compliant: Follow NMB policies, regulations, and procedures closely.
- Be an NMB Expert: Stay updated on our products, policies, and systems to maintain top-notch customer service.
- Support the NMB Team: Work with NMB branches and departments, helping customers with questions about NMB products and services.
- Gather and Verify Details: Collect customer information professionally and courteously.
What You’ll Bring

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: A university degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in Telecommunications or Financial/Banking sectors is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Proven experience with sales, cross-selling, or upselling.
