NASECO is looking for highly motivated and qualified candidates to fill the following open
positions below....

1. Branch Manager, Dodoma office 
1.1. Job Responsibilities

Supporting overall management, directing and coordinating the overall portfolio of the company, which includes overseeing operations, marketing, human resources, and finance, as well as planning and implementing the general strategy of the office,

1.2.Specific Duties:

1. Support development, reviews, updates, and implementation of the business strategic plan, including sales, marketing, operations, human resources, and financial performance.
2. Direct and coordinate all departmental activities to develop and implement goals and objectives to meet business targets.
3. Support reviews of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department progress towards set goals and objectives.
4. Oversees the implementation of departmental activities and reviews performance reports and targets
5. Reviews operations and plans to meet requirements for marketing planning and outsourcing requirements to develop new markets.
6. Manage direct staff to perform their duties effectively and efficiently by meeting their targets.
7. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management.

1.3. Qualifications, skills, and related knowledge:
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or ordinary diploma in administration, law, management, logistics, business administration, human resources, or a relevant field is required.
• At least 3 years’ experience with the job or something related is required.
• Experience in the security industry is an asset.
• Must have computer skills (application of MS Office)
• Required skills: decision-making, objectivity, trustworthiness, emotional control, integrity, safety management, professionalism, and reporting skills
• Must have motorcycle riding skills with a clean license.

2. Supervisor, Dodoma Office 
2.1.Job Responsibilities

Oversee security operational activities to ensure security guards are managed smoothly and meet the expectations and needs of clients and partners.

2.2.Specific Duties:
• Supervise security guards.
• Ensure security guards arrive on time at workplaces.
• Ensure that guards are neat and smart during all working hours.
• Conduct patrol in all areas of his or her operation and be ready to deal with any emergency that may happen.
• Maintain good relationships with the clients and report any issues to management that need to be addressed.
• Listen to and collect all issues and concerns of the guards and communicate to the management for attention.
• Identify police posts that are nearby the guarding stations and maintain a relationship with them for assistance in case of any emergency or security risks.
• Keep track of the police patrol vehicles, including police emergency telephone numbers, in case of any emergencies.
• Write and submit daily and monthly supervision reports, including challenges, and recommend areas for improvement, if any.
• Carry out any other responsibility as may be assigned by the branch manager or high-level management.

2.3. Qualifications, skills, and related knowledge:
• A minimum of an advanced diploma in administration, management, human resources, or a relevant field is required.
• At least 2 years’ experience with the job or something related is required.
• Experience in the security industry is an added advantage.
• Must have computer skills (application of MS Office)
• Required skills: decision-making, objectivity, trustworthiness, emotional control, integrity, safety management, professionalism, and reporting skills
• Must have motorcycle riding skills with a clean license.
